Product warranty policy and return and exchange management regulations


1. Product warranty policy description;


1.1 The latest three guarantees service policy shall be implemented in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the country and the company for all Nysda products.


1.2 Users who present a valid invoice, repair card or valid purchase certificate can enjoy the warranty service free of charge.


1.3 All Nysda products used for industrial and commercial purposes have a 1-year warranty for the compressor and a 3-year warranty for the compressor, and a 6-year warranty for the complete machine of the household series. Some customized non-standard products are subject to the sales contract commitment letter.


1.4 If there is a conflict between the user's product manual or the warranty period originally promised, the valid original promise description shall prevail.


1.5 If there is any change during the product warranty process, the notice shall prevail.


1.6 If the user cannot provide the purchase date voucher or warranty card, the warranty period shall be postponed 3 months after the original factory date or factory code as the starting date of the warranty period. If the repaired product has no factory code, factory date or ambiguity, and private modification of the number, the warranty will not be provided.


1.7 Failures caused by the user's negligence, maintenance, or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.


1.8 Appearance of the outer shell parts due to natural pollution is not covered by the warranty.


1.9 The product has corrosive gas, calcification, and excessive environmental dust due to the environment in which the product is used. If the product is used in a high-temperature environment, it will not be covered by the warranty.


1.10 Warranty cards and purchase dates that have been altered or inconsistent will not be guaranteed.


1.11 Damage caused by other natural disasters irresistibly does not belong to the free warranty.


1.12 Repairs beyond the warranty period will not be provided.


1.13 The power cord is incorrectly installed due to the abnormal voltage used, and the damage caused by the wiring standards not complying with the relevant norms will not be guaranteed.


1.14 Warranty is not provided for damages or accidents caused by unauthorized removal, modification, and repair by non-manufacturer’s after-sales designated maintenance service unit without the manufacturer’s consent.


1.15 Areas far beyond the normal service range, because a construction unit requires products to be far away from the more remote mountainous areas of the city or other special project construction sites due to door-to-door service and traffic inconvenience, you can negotiate with customers for after-sales treatment methods or provide paid services (including warranty products).

2. Product Return and Exchange Management Regulations


2.1 Product return conditions


2.1.1 If the machine fails within 7 days after the product is purchased, it cannot work normally after being determined.


2.1.2 Within 15 days after the user purchased the Nystar product, it is determined to be a major performance failure and cannot be used normally. The user strongly refuses to repair and meets the conditions for returning the machine. The effective date of the three packs after replacement will be calculated based on the date of replacement. However, the "Product Failure Identification Form" must be filled in.


2.1.3 If the machine has been repaired more than 3 consecutively within 2 months from the date of purchase, the main performance cannot be ruled out.


2.1.4 It has not been repaired for more than 60 days since the user sent it for repair.


2.1.5 The new machine body is severely deformed or yellowed in a large area, and the paint layer is peeled off in a large area (50mm*50mm) and not caused by the user.


2.1.6 The internal leakage of the condenser, evaporator, and part of the connected process pipe within 30 days after the purchase of the new machine is not caused by the user's use environment or man-made, and it cannot be repaired after inspection.


2.1.7 The replacement machine must have complete accessories, attachment manuals and related procedures, otherwise the sales unit has the right to reject or deduct related expenses.


2.1.8 The service appraisal personnel or branch unit must be responsible for the product appraisal results. If a misjudgment is found, the individual or the service branch shall be responsible for the loss.


2.2 Depreciation expenses;


2.2.1 Depreciation fees shall be charged for those users who are able to repair and do not meet the requirements of the return and exchange for more than 15 days.


2.2.2 The method of collecting depreciation fees is calculated from the date of sale to the date of reporting for repairs, and the time spent on repairs can be deducted.


2.2.3 Standards for charging fees; depreciation fees are charged at five thousandths of the effective invoice price per day.


2.2.4 After the depreciation fee is confirmed by both parties, the sales unit will be notified to collect it or remit directly to the designated remittance account.


2.3 Product return and exchange logistics and express delivery regulations


2.3.1 If the home machine has been purchased for more than one year, in principle, the sender shall bear it. The return journey is borne by the manufacturer. If the industrial product has been purchased for more than half a year, in principle, the sender shall bear it, and the return journey shall be borne by the manufacturer.


2.3.2 If the relevant freight needs to be borne by the manufacturer, the sender must confirm the freight amount and inform the recipient, and the manufacturer can reply to the agreement before sending it back to the manufacturer. If the freight is sent back to the factory without first notifying and the freight amount exceeds the normal freight range The company does not bear all shipping costs.


2.3.3 Shipping fees cannot be selected for returning shipments from different provinces and cities. The sender must pre-pay shipping fees or negotiate to resolve it. After the product is received, the manufacturer will review to determine whether it meets the reimbursed shipping cost. (If the sender and the recipient are in the same province or city, you can choose to pay shipping charges).


2.4 Refunds and logistics fees


2.4.1 After the customer service has communicated with the user to confirm the return and exchange, the refund will be made according to the status of the return application form.


2.4.2 Bank remittance refund: provide bank account number, and indicate the name of the account opening bank, branch and account name.


2.4.3 After receiving the product, the customer should return the freight forwarded to the customer in advance in a timely and accurate manner. The courier bill and the number should be retained, and the freight reimbursement form should be filled in and unified to the financial remittance reimbursement.


2.5 Product return and exchange process




Return request for repair (user) → technical staff appraisal of the reason (after-sales unit) → meet the return conditions form → fill in the "Product Failure Appraisal Form" → notify the sales unit to confirm (sales unit) → user → complete.
